Stephanie Berman Nominated for XBIZ Exec Award

LOS ANGELES — Stephanie Berman, CEO of Berman Innovations and creator of The Semenette and POPDildo, has been nominated for Businesswoman of the Year in the retail edition of the 2017 XBIZ Exec Awards, to be held at the Andaz Hotel on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip in January.

The online industry edition of the 2017 XBIZ Exec Awards will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 10, followed by the retail edition on Wednesday, Jan. 11.

“I’m absolutely overwhelmed and humbled to be nominated for XBIZ’s Businesswoman of the Year by my industry peers, amongst so many other amazing and talented women,” Berman said. "To see an idea I had four years ago turn into a business, and one where I would be recognized in such a way, is a true honor. I am looking forward to sharing this evening with so many deserving people, and wish all of the nominees the best of luck.”

The XBIZ Executive Awards’ nomination selections are made based on peer submissions through XBIZ.net. Every aspect of a nominee’s career accomplishments, business acumen, leadership ability and personal knowledge is considered.

The awards span ten categories, honoring specific disciplines that separate the industry’s top players from their competitors in a range of roles.

The Semenette is a novelty intimacy device that allows partners to recreate the ejaculation process through its proprietary inner tubing and pump system. Berman’s Innovations collaborated with German pleasure products manufacturer Fun Factory this year to introduce The Semenette’s second iteration, POPDildo.
