Judy Shalom Nominated for Businesswoman of the Year for 2017 XBIZ Exec Awards

LOS ANGELES — ADAMO Ads has announced that its CEO and founder, Judy Shalom, has been nominated for Businesswoman of the Year in the 2017 XBIZ Exec Awards.

This marks the third year in a row that Shalom has received an XBIZ nomination in that category. The 2017 XBIZ Exec Awards will be held at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif. during the XBIZ 2017 events series, set for Jan. 9-13.

Selection of nominees, a spokesperson for Shalom said, “was based on a multitude of factors, including leadership ability, business acumen, positive community influence and overall career success as submitted by industry peers via (the) social network XBIZ.net.”

Shalom said, “It’s a great honor to receive this nomination from the XBIZ Exec Awards and a big privilege, especially for being recognized alongside such great businesswomen. I have a great and highly ambitious team behind me, and we all worked together to give ADAMO the special energy that it needs to reach success and become one of the leading ad networks. I could never have done it without them, and I think of this nomination as a way of recognizing the whole group and what we all achieved together."

The online industry edition of the XBIZ Exec Awards will be presented at an exclusive awards ceremony on Jan. 10 and the retail edition on Jan. 11. Shalom designed and founded ADAMO Ads in 2013. ADAMO is a fully self-service online advertising platform offering traffic in several verticals, including adult.

Shalom holds a master of philosophy degree from Stockholm University and served as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces during the second Lebanon War. For her service, she received a campaign ribbon.

Shalom has worked in top-level executive positions within the industry for more than a decade, including chief marketing officer for EroAdvertising, managing director for Affil4You, and chief operating officer for Vykonia
