Angelina Castro, Maggie Green in 2016 Edition of #TeamBJ

LOS ANGELES — Vicky Vette’s VNA Girls Network has announced the latest #TeamBJ event, which is featuring Angelina Castro and Maggie Green this time.

The adult hashtag/Twitter phenomenon was launched in 2010. That year, a VNA spokesperson said, Bobbi Eden along with Vette and Gabby Quinteros “promised BJs if Holland won the World Cup.” And this time, VNA said, Castro and Green “are promising all of their Twitter followers BJs if they vote against presidential hopeful Donald Trump.”

“'#TeamBJ is one of the highlights of my career,” Castro said. “It was a thrill to see all my followers go literally nuts.”

Green said, ''This is my first ever #TeamBJ. So I have no idea what to expect. I am nervous and excited at the same time.”

Castro, according to VNA, “currently has 209,000 followers” on Twitter, while Green has 78,000.

After the Netherlands lost to Spain in the 2010 World Cup, VNA said, Castro and Sara Jay revived #TeamBJ in 2012 and promised “all their followers BJs if the Miami Heat won the NBA title.”

The third #TeamBJ event came in 2014.

A VNA spokesperson said, "Two years ago, in 2014, #TeamBJ returned for a third tour of duty as Sara Jay and Siri stepped up to promise BJs to all their followers if Germany won the World Cup. Germany took home the trophy; the girls delivered on their promise, releasing a DVD and also streaming the event live.”
