NightMoves Calls for Sponsors for 24th Annual Awards Show

TAMPA — Organizers of NightMoves Magazine’s 24th annual NightMoves Awards and the NightMoves Caravan of Stars have officially open their doors for sponsors. The NightMoves Caravan of Stars will be held from Oct. 6-9 in Tampa, and the NightMoves Awards will take place on Sun., Oct. 9.

“The NightMoves Awards grows larger every year, and we have several sponsorship packages, starting as low as $500,” said Paul Allen, publisher and founder of NightMoves Magazine. “We can custom fit any package a company could want. With our high volume of website hits, huge Twitter numbers, multiple Facebook posts, and the overwhelming number of votes we receive on a national basis, it makes sense for companies to sponsor our show.”

Sponsorship opportunities range from a full Weekend Presenting sponsorship, an Awards Show sponsorship, to smaller sponsorships such as awards show program inclusion, gift bag inclusion, and red carpet backdrop inclusion. Returning this year is last year’s Star Caravan sponsorship, which allows studios, distributors and others the opportunity to exclusively sponsor each of the four Star Caravan locations. Sponsors can expect to enjoy different levels of visibility, as well as perks such as all-access passes to star appearances and the awards show itself.

A new sponsorship category available this year is Social Media Sponsor.

“Our tweet reach is ridiculous,” said Tracy Allen, editor of NightMoves Magazine and co-producer of the NightMoves Awards. “With our tweets, which are then retweeted by nominees, attendees, and fans, we regularly hit over 2.5 million impressions and over 1 million accounts reached through our Web Link account. As Social Media Sponsor, your account would be listed with every tweet we post about our nominees — increasing your visibility during our nomination period exponentially. There is only one spot open for this sponsorship; we urge companies to contact us for all of our sponsorship packages, but this one in particular, as we predict there will be many companies vying for this opportunity.”

Past sponsors for the NightMoves Awards and Star Caravan include Vivid Entertainment, Wicked Pictures, DreamZone, Adam & Eve, Airerose, Pure Play Media, WeAre321, Deja Vu Showgirls, Bare Assets, Tampa Gold Club, Thee Dollhouse, Mile High Show Clubs and Hammered Harry’s, among others.

The NightMoves Awards, started in 1993, is described as “the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States.”

Voting in the 24th Annual NightMoves Awards is open until Thurs., Sept. 15. To vote, visit this link.
