CARTAGENA — Organizers for LALExpo have reported that the three-day trade show was a “rousing success,” attracting more than 900 attendees. The LALExpo was held Jul. 11-13 in Cartagena, Colombia.
“Besides the hundreds of attendees and companies from Latin America, we also enjoyed the attendance of companies from many other countries like Luxemburg, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, Indonesia, New Zealand, Russia and the U.K., just to name a few,” a spokesperson for the LALExpo said. “The LALExpo has now officially established itself as the adult show in Latin America.”
Although the webcam sector made a strong showing at LALExpo, organizers said, other sectors of the adult industry made their presence felt as well.
“We had a high number of live cam companies in attendance, as we usually do,” according to a LALExpo representative. “But we also had high-level companies and attendees from other niches in the adult industry such as mobile, traffic, webmasters, billing, hosting, lawyers, media buyers and more.”
LALExpo organizers said that their first awards ceremony, hosted during the trade show by Latina adult star Esperanza Gomez and co-hosted by Brad Mitchell from MojoHost and Alex Lecomte from JuicyAds, “was a great success as well.”
