Thinline Buys BangYouLater, Rebrands as Pussy.com, Taps Greg Dumas

LOS ANGELES — BangYouLater.com has been acquired by Thinline Corp., an international investment company, and rebranded as Pussy.com, operators of the website said today.

“This was the right time for us to make an exit and the Thinline investment group made it an easy transition,” a BangYouLater company official said.

Thinline Corp., based in Asuncion, Paraguay, is an investment group that targets companies with toptier products and exponential potential for growth. Thinline’s deal for the web property was considered “ideal” because it fit within its existing portfolio of investments.

In addition to the acquisition and rebrand, Thinline will also be developing tube sites on other premium adult domains to create new brands and maximize SEO opportunities, the company official said.

In an additional partnership, adult industry veteran Greg Dumas has been tasked to further develop the high-traffic tube sites.

“We are very excited for this opportunity to use our accumulated knowledge from 21 years in the adult industry to add value to this acquisition and further expand Pussy.com,” Dumas said. “We are already creating strategic partnerships to enhance the existing business including the launch of the content partner program and creating new targeted advertising zones.“

BangYouLater.com first went online in 2009 and has attracted about 2 million visitors per day.

The former management team for BangYouLater are changing their focus to mainstream software and app development.
