VIENNA — DIMOCO, a leading carrier billing provider in Europe, has announced that its payment license from the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) has been extended to all countries in the European Union (EU). With this expansion, DIMOCO is now a regulated payment institute with central banks in all 28 EU member states.

The expansion of DIMOCO's license, according to DIMOCO, makes them one of the first companies to be in compliance with the requirements of the Payment Services Directive (PSD).
