LOS ANGELES — Eva Lovia, who received three nominations in the 2016 XBIZ Awards, recently sat down with XBIZ for an informative interview, discussing her new website, FallInLovia.com, as well as her early days in the adult industry and trying to shoot between breaks when she was in college.
During the interview, Lovia described how she started directing for Digital Playground.
"The honest answer is, I wouldn't shut up about it, haha," Lovia told XBIZ's Alejandro Freixes. "I was told 'no' at least a dozen times by the office, but anyone who knows me knows that 'no' won't stop me. I know I have so much more to offer than performing, and I wanted to show my fans my true potential. I certainly want to direct more down the road, but I think it will be for my own company, where I have more freedom to film what I want to film."
The interview also addressed the ways in which FallInLovia.com, according to Lovia, is helping other performers "be in charge of their brand."
Lovia is featured with Michael Vegas in the new Digital Playground release "Let It Ride."
"I have a cameo role where I have sex with my boyfriend's friend and we film it," Lovia said. "It was my first time shooting with Michael Vegas, and it went great. He is a very intense performer, which I love. We even played with an upside-down throat-fucking."
