LOS ANGELES — Stockroom has announced its adult education classes for L.A. residents for March. All classes are part of the Stockroom University series and will be held in Stockroom Hall at 2811 W. Sunset Blvd.
"Dark Tantra: Honey on the Razor's Edge with Anya de Montigny" is scheduled for Sat., Mar. 12 from 2-5 p.m. Stockroom described De Montigny as a "sexuality expert with 20 years experience in the sensual arts." De Montigny, who publishes the site TeachMeAboutSex.com, is a certified tantra yoga teacher, sex educator and clinical sexologist.
Stockroom said, "While neo-tantra often promotes hedonism, dark tantra's emphasis is not on doing whatever feels good to you, but rather, on attaining ultimate pleasure through surrendering your ego, worshiping your partner and exploring your edges. Blindfolds, sensation play and sensory deprivation will be incorporated into an exploration of the sensual art of tease and denial."
On Sat., Mar. 19 from 2-5 p.m., "Top Talk with Sir Rucifer" will offer advice for dominants. Sir Rucifer, a lifestyle dominant, holds BDSM workshops all over Southern California.
Stockroom said, "Want to learn the tools toward becoming a successful dom/domme? Sir Rucifer returns to Stockroom University with a class designed to help you develop your own top style. Learn how to negotiate a new BDSM relationship or maintain an existing one. Discover helpful tools to design all points of a scene with your partner from start to finish as well as the basic intuitive techniques, and implement skills needed to maintain confidence in any D/s dynamic."
