Lily Cade Featured in New L.A. Art Exhibit This Weekend

LOS ANGELES —  Lesbian adult star Lily Cade will be featured in "Femme-Life.com Presents: Beyond the Valley of the Porn," a new art exhibit devoted to art by women in the adult entertainment industry.

The exhibit will begin this weekend on Sat., Mar. 5 from 7-11 p.m. at the Hive Gallery & Studios in Downtown Los Angeles. The first featured artist will be Lily Cade's wife, Sten Cade, an accomplished painter and Porn Valley cameraperson whose work includes paintings of the adult star.

Lily Cade said, "My wife and I are proud to be part of this show that celebrates the varied talents of women in the adult business. I hope all my L.A.-based fans will stop by to check out the paintings. I'll be stopping by during Art Walk, so come say 'hi'."

Sam Salerni, owner of Femme-Life.com, said, "I have encountered many superbly talented female artists in the adult industry. I hope 'Beyond the Valley of the Porn' will demonstrate that being a porn star does not preclude these talented women from being full-fledged artists in their own right."

The Hive Gallery & Studios is located at 729 S. Spring St.

Lily Cade publishes her own site LilyCade.com, which she described as "100 percent lesbian, 100 percent hardcore, 100 percent real."
