SHE L.A. Preview: Allison Moon Tells How to Drive a Vulva

LOS ANGELES — It’s not the first thing that usually comes to mind when thinking about sexual pleasure, but learning how to navigate the twists and turns of vulva pleasure is something attendees will learn at sexpert Allison Moon’s workshop, presented by Sex Ed Sponsor The Pleasure Chest, at the Sexual Health Expo (SHE) in Los Angeles on Jan. 16-17.

The self-described “Sapphic savant” will be delivering her presentation “How to Drive Your Vulva” that she said is designed for people of all genders. The playful, informative two-hour workshop will present all of the basics, including: the bits and pieces that make up female sexual anatomy, simple ways to communicate in the heat of the moment, how to build a “road map” of a partner’s pleasure, cunnilingus, strap-ons, hand sex and more, positions to avoid fatigue and generate power, and a few “super secret, lesbian-ninja techniques.”

Moon has presented talks on strap-on sex, polyamory, sexual self-expression, erotica writing, and more to thousands of people across the U.S. and Canada. She promises SHE attendees that they will come away with new confidence “to please a vulva” and the person it belongs to, no matter what their hands-on experience.

The author of “Girl Sex 101,” the erotic memoir “Bad Dyke, and the Tales of the Pack” series of novels about lesbian werewolves, Moon feels shows like SHE open up new areas of sexual exploration and excitement.

“I expect SHE will improve on last year’s success, offering a diverse range of talks and speakers to appeal to every kind of sex aficionado. The Expo is a wonderful opportunity for folks to learn about skills, products, and sexual health in a friendly, fun environment,” Moon said.

Tickets to the show are now on sale, courtesy of Registration Sponsor We-Vibe. For more information, visit SexualHealthExpo.com.
