HOLLYWOOD — Blonde bombshell Sarah Vandella is going for the gold in her quest to win the Throated DeepThroat Challenge.

Fans can vote once every day until the contest ends on January 15, at which point the girl with the most votes wins the title and a cash prize of $5,000.
