Sexual Health Expo L.A. Dates, Expanded Venue Announced

LOS ANGELES — Sexual Health Expo (SHE) organizers have announced Jan. 16-17 as the official dates for the upscale consumer expo’s return to Los Angeles, which will be held at the Hilton hotel in Universal City, Calif.

Entering its second year, SHE has rapidly grown to become a must-attend event for consumers and manufacturers of sexual health products, generating coverage from CBS News, Vice.com, Playboy.com and other media for its groundbreaking approach to sex-ed.

This year, SHE made a splash with events in Los Angeles, Phoenix and New York, which attracted diverse crowds of up to 2,500 attendees, spanning across various age groups with couples and singles of all genders and sexual orientations.

Garnering praise from participating vendors, speakers, as well as attendees and media alike, SHE has become widely renowned for its unique ability to draw record-setting crowds, resulting in packed exhibition areas and standing room only work shops.

Due to popular demand, SHE returns to Los Angeles in 2016 with an expanded exhibition and workshop areas to cater to the trailblazing event’s wide appeal. Following positive feedback at SHE New York, the expo’s workshop areas will be incorporated into the main hall — ensuring that attendees don’t miss a second of all the action.

Situated just a block away from the entrance to Universal Studios Hollywood and minutes from Hollywood, the Universal City Hilton Hotel will maintain the upscale, welcoming appeal of SHE and strengthens to the event’s objective of exploring sex in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

SHE Los Angeles will once again feature the refreshing, dynamic format that made it a resounding success at its previous editions. Anchored by engaging workshops designed to educate and enchant, SHE will yet again gather the most sought-after sex experts to present lively discussions that both teach and titillate. SHE also showcases the best sex toys and accessories on the market today with leading manufacturers unveiling their best gear for all sexual needs.

In 2016, SHE also plans to expand on its entertainment value, adding a slate of fun new activities and games. Past editions of SHE have featured a live demo of a body-to-body nuru massage sponsored by Magic Gel, and the opportunity to ride Vibrators.com’s “largest vibrator in the world,” along with several product giveaways.

Emily Morse, sex expert and host of the top downloaded sex and relationship advice podcast Sex with Emily, will once again serve as SHE’s official spokesperson. Morse is currently a weekly co-host on the nationally syndicated radio show “Loveline” with Dr. Drew Pinsky. Morse also has appeared as an expert on television shows, including the “Today Show” and “Dr. Drew HLN,” as well as publications such as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Huffington Post.
