MIAMI  — Cuban adult star Angelina Castro announced today that she is the co-host of ''SOS'' (Sex or Sexy), a new mainstream TV show geared to sex related health issues in the Spanish community airing on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on Mira.tv in Miami, Orlando and other areas.

The show integrates Skype and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. Co-hosts include Iris Garcia and Dr. Alberto Dominguez-Bali.

Castro said Garcia is a relationship expert who has appeared on major Spanish channels such as Telemundo, Univision and RCN, while Dominguez-Bali is a respected gynecologist who also has appeared on Telemundo shows.

The performer noted that she is a frequent guest on mainstream Spanish media outlets. In 2012 she made headlines as part of the #TeamBJ Twitter sensation with Sara Jay (pledging to give followers oral sex if the Miami Heat won the NBA title).

"I am very excited to be a part of the SOS team. The new show is like a Spanish version of 'The View' ... but for sex. Young Spanish people have never had a television show geared to sex issues. I hope the show is going to be educational and entertaining. So far it's been a lot of fun and I am getting great positive feedback,'' Castro said.
