Rocks-Off Marks Rock-Chick 12-Year Anniversary With Revamp

LONDON — Rocks-Off has unveiled a “sleeker, more modern” Rock-Chick design on the 12-year anniversary of its release.

According to the company, when Rocks-Off released the Rock-Chick, there was nothing else out there in terms of design and functionality.

“We wanted our products to be powerful, bold, tactile, aesthetically pleasing and above all, be like no other on the market at that time and Rock-Chick certainly fulfilled that criteria,” said Ian Marshall, founding board member and developer. “Rock-Chick is the most enduring of the ranges, it was our original product and at the time the design was ground-breaking.”

According to Marshall, the development of Rock-Chick led to the creation of Rocks-Off’s line of men’s toys.

“Guys were using Rock-Chick as prostate and perineum massagers and were experiencing the most fantastic results so it made perfect sense to develop this further which then lead to our hugely successful boys range,” he said.

The company says that the success of the Rock-Chick inspired the Rocks-Off development and design team to make the product better.

“It made perfect sense for our 12th anniversary to celebrate our success in the market by re-launching the product that made it all possible,” Marshall said, “but we wanted to make sure that we remained true to our original ethos when we set out with this product and that’s what we feel we’ve achieved."

Rocks-Off Sales Director Andrea Duffy said that the new Rock-Chick design “feels good in your hand.” The Rock-Chick still uses the RO80mm seven-speed bullet and is waterproof and submersible.

“It’s just a few small changes like a softer feel, and a more ergonomically designed handle, that really perfect an already great product,” Duffy said. “We used a more pliable silicone for easier use but kept it stiff enough to really hit the G-Spot."

The new Rock-Chick is shipping now and can be seen in person at the ETO show June 28-29 in Birmingham, England.
