AMSTERDAM — Flaxen-haired, chesty and occasionally outrageous British porn star Michelle Thorne has announced her appearance in the upcoming DVD, “Pushing Boundaries,” which showcases her in a series of on-camera firsts including her première gangbang and double penetration.
