Sportsheets Introduces Plus-Size Intimate Accessories

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. —The Sportsheets team is introducing an innovative line of plus-size intimate accessories, Sportsheets Plus, designed to enhance the unique curves of bigger women.

Developed by women for women, the line offers plus-size couples a series of strap-ons, sexual positioning tools and sex toys, without skimping on “fashion, form and function,” a rep said.

According to Sportsheets, more than 55 percent of women purchase clothing sized 16 or larger and 62 percent identify as being overweight. Despite the strength of the demographic, there are relatively few pleasure accessories offered to them.

Expressly designed for sizes 12-30, U.S.-made Sportsheets Plus products feature longer straps, longer and wider supports, as well as wider pads and greater adjustability to assure a comfortable fit.

“‘Big Beautiful Women’ is one of the top searches on search engines, and more women not only identify themselves as plus-size, but also embrace it with open minds and hearts,” Sportsheets President Julie Stewart said. “While society still maintains a negative attitude toward larger women — with fat-shaming and other negative stereotypes — there’s a resurgence of sex-positive celebrations of body image among women of all sizes and shapes. And these are the confident and curious consumers that Sportsheets Plus speaks to.”
