pjur Returns From Adultex

WASSERBILLING, Luxemburg — Managing director and founder of the pjur group Alexander Giebel and sales manager Katrin Kühnrich announce that they have returned from Australia with positive feedback.

The execs attended a road show through Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, visiting various key customers and shops on the way, and conducting seminars and product training sessions.

The objective was to present new pjur products and point-of-sale materials to customer target groups, and personally launch the new Australian pjur website. According to the company, the direct encounter and exchange between the manufacturer and customers on site was a unique and invaluable experience for their salespeople. As a result of the visit, pjur says it has seen the first registered shops on the website, and satisfied pjur customers.

Pjur also attended Adultex, organized by Calvista on the Gold Coast. Every year Calvista invites retailers and distributors to get the latest information directly from the manufacturers at their respective booths, and experience presentations first-hand. The latest pjur products and materials were presented along with the new website.

“ Many curious visitors were drawn to the entirely black and yellow pjur booth, and were enthusiastic about the counter display cardboard and the new slat wall display,” the company said. “Both displays are conveniently packaged and can be set up easily in the shop. What's more, their attention-grabbing design effectively convinces customers to take a closer look.”

According to the company, attendees were impressed by the company’s new website, which provides in depth product information and links specific to the Australian market. It includes a store locator where Australian shops can be registered free of charge.

"The entire pjur trade fair concept as well as the roadshow were created under the motto ‘We love to work with you’ and was received with outstanding success,” Giebel said. “We are pleased to be able to work with so many great customers and business partners in Australia, and look forward to further developments. We were particularly overwhelmed by the strong resonance to our new products. Our customers in the rest of the world will be informed in the next few weeks, and can look forward to what’s coming.”

Pjur also took home the Adultex Award for Best POS materials.
