LOS ANGELES — Crossover star James Deen is starring in the just released Wicked Pictures feature comedy, “The Pornographer.”
The Eli Cross-directed film is inspired by the professional and personal lives of yesteryear's B-movie filmmakers, according to its producers.
Deen plays down-on-his-luck director Woody Salinger circa 1964, when monsters, robots and aliens just aren't selling movie tickets anymore. The socially awkward auteur makes the leap into "nudies" in hopes of making it into the big time.
Starring roles include Kimberly Kane's performance, along with the return of Kylie Ireland in an anal romp with Deen.
The cast also includes Nicki Hunter, Amber Rayne and Katie Summers. In addition to Deen, the male cast includes Anthony Rosano, Christian, Rocco Reed and Steve Holmes.

In addition to the 16x9 widescreen HD DVD, the disc includes three bonus sex scenes, a still photo gallery, motion menus, Wicked Pictures trailers and more. The film is packaged in a retro-style O-card that showcases the film's cast.
