AdamMale.com to Auction Art for AIDS Non-Profit Group

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — AdamMale.com, the gay male retail division of AdamAndEve.com, and Lost Story Studios have joined forces to auction off a one-of-a-kind, original work of art with all proceeds going to Carolina Regional AIDS Interfaith Network.

“We are so happy to be able to give something back to the LGBT community that supports us,” said AdamMale employee Bobby Stone. “We’re so thankful that the amazingly talented creative force at Lost Story Studios agreed to participate… and we could not ask for a better or more deserving partner in this endeavor than Carolina RAIN.”

The “zombified” interpretation of Lady Gaga was created by Lost Story Studios member Jonas Britt in neighboring Carrboro, N.C., and matted and framed for the auction.

Lost Story Studios is a band of artists and writers that was founded in 2009 known for "turning pop icons into zombies." Managed and maintained by Bo Fader, Jonas Britt, and Brockton McKinney, Lost Story puts out comic books, designs hoodies, creates book covers, paints murals of the undead, among other unique commissions.

RAIN is a non-profit that sets out to engage the community "to transform lives and promote respect and dignity for all people touched by HIV through compassionate care, education and leadership development."

The auction lasts through March 6.
