OTTOWA, Canada — Sexploitation film, "Sexcula" will be screened at the Mayfair theatre in Ottawa on Feb. 8.
The producers said the film is the only hardcore sex movie produced in Canada during the entire "Porno Chic" era and features a madcap mashup of vampires, Frankenstein's monsters, mad scientists, burlesque dancers, fembots, hunchbacks, lumberjacks, and a gorilla affectionately called "Rape Ape."
With more than 4000 DVDs and successful screenings in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Paris France, the movie is quickly becoming the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" for a new generation, according to the producers.
Return to Porno Chic founder Dimitrios Otis will be in attendance to explain details about the film and to answer questions about adult film history.
