LOS ANGELES — Forbidden Fruits Films received seven XBIZ Awards nominations for the 2014 ceremony on Jan. 24 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, Calif.
The studio received two nominations for Vignette Release of the Year for “Mother's Seduction” and “Mother-Son Secrets 2," two nods for Vignette Series of the Year for “Mother-Son Secrets” and “Mother's Indiscretions," and another two noms for Pro-Am Release of the Year for “Mother's Seductions” and “Mother's Indiscretions. In addition, performer Elexis Monroe received a nomination for Best Actress – All-Girl Release for her performance in “Mother-Daughter Lesbian Lessons” and Jodi West was honored with a nomination for MILF Performer of the Year.
This week, FFF is releasing “Real American Swinger Stories," which features real swingers along with Shay Fox, Raven LeChance, Desi Dalton, Jimmy Legend and West. The five true stories delve into what really happens when sexually like-minded people let go of their inhibitions and go with their urges, the company said.
“A lot of our friends tell us these stories and many of our films are based on these real, and sometimes outlandish, situations,” said Jodi West, co-owner of Forbidden Fruits Films. “But the reality behind the movies is what brings our audiences in and keeps them there. Everyone wants to know what swingers do, whether they will admit it or not. If they don’t want the real life adventure (or even if they’ve already delved into the lifestyle), they can get a front-row seat with out new ‘Real American Swinger Stories’ series.”
“This is definitely going to be another hit series for Forbidden Fruits Films," said Howard Levine of Exile Distribution. “They’ve cornered the market on so many taboos and being a swinger is one a lot of people are curious about. This movie could be their best-selling title and series yet.”
