LELO Launches Rotating, Vibrating Hula Beads

SAN JOSE, Calif. — LELO has announced the release of Hula Beads, remote-controlled pleasure beads that combine vibrations and rotations within.

LELO has reported a surge in holiday demand since it opened pre-orders on Hula Beads three weeks ago, with shipments to more than 5,000 stores worldwide starting from today onwards.

Designed to take the traditional pleasure beads concept to a new level, Hula Beads are the first
product of their kind to combine a top rotating bead and bottom vibrating bead, the company says, with eight varied stimulation modes controlled via wireless remote.

The company claims that the secret to Hula Beads’ long-term success will come from their versatility, with LELO proposing at least two ways in which the new product can be worn. On the one hand, customers are encouraged to start by inserting on the top bead first, which rotates to bring pleasure to the labia, while the bottom bead remains outside to bring powerful vibrations up towards the clitoris.

Alternatively, customers are able wear Hula Beads in a similar way to egg massagers while controlling stimulation patterns via wireless remote. In this case, the rotating bead creates movements to pleasure the G-Spot, complemented by vibrations.  The Hula Beads’ remote control hold a wireless range of up to 122 feet.

“Pleasure beads or ben wa balls have been around in one form or another for thousands of years,” said Donna Faro, LELO USA director of sales and marketing, “but with the launch of HULA Beads, LELO takes this product into a whole new territory; the pleasures on offer are something customers are going to find very hard to resist.”

Distributors and retailers interested in stocking LELO products should contact usa@lelo.com.
