LOS ANGELES — Adult film star Anikka Albrite performed the first anal sex scene of her career in the upcoming showcase title “Anikka,” the first release from new studio Hard X that will be distributed through the DVD division of OpenLife Entertainment.
OpenLife on Friday unveiled the hardcore trailer on the splash page for the official studio website for Hard X. The movie, set for release in early October, came about through a collaboration between Albrite and veteran director Mason.
“It was an amazing experience working with her on it,” Albrite told XBIZ.
Mason came to the newly launched OpenLife to create its production division and helm its two startup studios, Hard X and Erotica X. She dedicated her first “Star Showcase” title to Albrite, telling XBIZ it was “one of the best things I have been a part of.”
“Anikka gave everything to this movie,” Mason said.
The Denver native Albrite said that she and Mason had been talking about doing a showcase movie featuring her in every scene since earlier this year when Mason was still shooting for Elegant Angel.
“If I was going to do my first anal I wanted it be a showcase,” Albrite said. “And I wanted it to be with the best director. To me, Mason is the best director in the business. I’m happy she called and wanted to do it.”
Albrite, who started her porn career in 2011 and has since amassed more than 100 movie credits, did her first anal scene with a yet-to-be-named stud.
“I can’t say who it’s with but it was really passionate, intense and beautiful,” Albrite revealed. “I went through so many different emotions. It really caught me unexpectedly. It was a really beautiful scene.”
Albrite said she had experienced anal sex in her personal life. “It was something I had practiced,” she continued. “I had done girl/girl anal with toys before. It’s something I really enjoy doing and I wanted to bring that out in a scene and show myself to everybody that this is what I can do.”
In addition to her boy/girl scene that includes “40 minutes of nonstop” anal, Albrite also did a threeway with James Deen and Ramon Nomar, a threeway with Manuel Ferrara and Riley Reid and her first interracial threeway with Prince Yahshua and Jon Jon.
The 2013 nominee for XBIZ Best New Starlet said that taking her performances to this advanced level had been her intention for several months.
“I just never felt like it was the right time and I wanted to do it with a director I was comfortable and confident with. It’s a huge step in my career,” Albrite said.
An experienced lab technician who holds a degree in molecular biology, Albrite said she originally wanted to go into bio-technology.
“I’m a science geek,” she joked.
She formerly worked in the health care field, waitressed and did promotional modeling for companies such as Anheuser Busch before porn. Albrite said a friend who is a photographer found out she was curious about doing porn and introduced her to her current agency, OC Modeling.
“It was something I always enjoyed watching in my personal life,” she said. “I’ve always loved sex and been very passionate about it. So it was something I considered, but I just wanted to work on my professional career. Then I thought I’m not going to get any younger and this is something I should try.
“It’s been a really awesome experience. I originally planned to stay in it for a year and make some money. Then once I realized how much fun I was having and that this is something people like seeing me do, I wanted to stay around for as long as I could. I’ve met really great people and it’s a fun job... I can’t complain.”
Albrite said she’s already traveled to countries such as New Zealand, Costa Rica and Japan for work. She is also preparing to launch her official site through OpenLife, AnikkaAlbrite.com, this month.
“This movie is my big thing right now,” Albrite said. “I’m really excited to get this out there and see what the future holds. I’m not going anywhere. I want to experience as much as I can.”
