Adam & Eve: Most Folks Don't Make Personal Sex Tapes

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C.  — A new online survey from AdamAndEve.com this month asked more than 1,000 adults if they had ever made a sex tape of their own.

The company said that while many of us have seen the “private” sex tapes of Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Pamela Anderson, relatively few of the respondents admitted to making personal erotic videos.

A whopping 84 percent surveyed said they had never filmed themselves having sex.

Of those who admitted (13 percent of the women and 18 percent of the men) taping themselves, most (60 percent) said they saved the tape to enjoy again.

“Many people find it exciting to watch themselves having sex. It’s an easy way to add some spice to a relationship and it can add a new dimension to your lovemaking,” resident sexpert Dr. Kat Van Kirk, said.

Director of marketing Chad Davis also commented on the question of producing private sex tapes.

“Adam & Eve encourages adults to explore their sexuality within their own comfort zones. From how-to guides to props and lingerie, AdamAndEve.com has a variety of accessories for every taste.”

An independent third-party survey company conducted the survey.
