SkinPublishing.com Self-Publishing Book, Magazine Service Debuts

NEW YORK — A new online company that allows users to create and print their own erotic books, magazines, cards and calendars has debuted.

SkinPublishing.com said it’s “going where no other online digital photo company has gone before” by creating an easy to use, discrete, high quality online service that produces perfect bound publications.

“Our software lives online, not on your computer. So nobody will know what you're up to but you. Once your creation is complete, it will ship to you in an inconspicuous brown or white paper package. Your private fantasies are kept private until you share them with that special someone,” the company’s website states.

The service is compatible with both PCs and Macs and provides online layout via a page editor for creating composite images from design templates, photos, text, and other graphic elements. A wizard-based experience instructs the user in the creation of the publications.

Skin said its hardcover books are printed on 100 lb. glossy, acid-free, archival-quality paper and are perfect bound. Magazines are also perfect bound, and all products are printed on high-resolution digital presses.

Prices for an 8-inch by 8-inch, 20-page book start at $27.95. A small magazine format costs $15.95 for 20-pages.
