Your Choice Partners With Timeless Infotainment for Mobile VOD

AMSTERDAM Your Choice announced a partnership with Belgium-based Timeless Infotainment (TLI).

The agreement will bring Your Choice's brand of amateur adult films from the U.K. to a new, mobile, video-on-demand platform.

This marks a shift in mobile-based products for Your Choice, and TLI's initial foray into mobile VOD solutions for the United Kingdom.

"We initially began with a subscription-based model," said Scott McGowan, Your Choice's new media manager. "And while we received a lot of positive feedback, what we heard most of all was that our customers preferred an à la carte method of purchasing. TLI specializes in this model and were looking for a way to begin reaching U.K. audiences, so our partnership on this project is a perfect fit."

Pricing on the new site will follow Your Choice's 'price of a pint' method of appealing to British customers' buying habits.

Your Choice product manager, Jacco Kwakkel, said, "The idea is based on perceptions of expendable income. Whether or not to purchase something that's roughly the 'price of a pint' is not a decision one has to think about a lot. If it's something you fancy, you just buy it and enjoy it then and there. It's not much different than the decision on whether or not to buy another beer. If you want it, you buy it. The decision isn't more complicated than that."

Customers of the site will be able to purchase full scenes from the "Viewers' Wives" line of DVDs from Your Choice at a flat-rate price, regardless of the scene's length. A soft launch will occur over the next several weeks where some existing Your Choice customers will have the opportunity to begin using the site.

An official launch will take place later in the year.
