FSC Announces Date for Night of the Stars

CANOGA PARK, Calif. – The 19th Annual Night of the Stars has been scheduled for July 15 at the LA Center Studios, the Free Speech Coalition announced, followed by the Bob Tremont Golf Tourney on July 16, starting at 1 p.m. at the Braemar Country Club in Tarzana, Calif.

The Night of the Stars is a yearly event that honors individuals who have made sacrifices to support the industry and the principles of free speech. Award nominees will be announced later this month, the FSC said, along with additional information on evening festivities.

Media and event sponsors for the event include Avn.com, Exotics, Marina Pacific, M&M Sales, Goalie Entertainment, Eddie's Kids, HotMovies.com, Topco Sales and Wicked Pictures.

All proceeds from the event go toward funding the FSC’s ongoing lawsuit against the Justice Department to halt the enforcement of amendments to U.S.C. 18 § 2257 record-keeping law.

The LA Center Studios is a 20-acre complex just west of downtown Los Angeles that has served as a landmark location for the film, television, music and gaming industries, complete with sound stages and production offices. The evening begins at 7 p.m.

The deadline for sponsorships is Friday, June 9. The deadline for ticket sales for both the Night of the Stars and the Bob Tremont Golf Tournament is Friday, July 7.

Individual tickets are $200 and tickets for the golf tournament range from $260 for individuals to $1,000 for foursomes.
