LOS ANGELES — Evolved Novelties will supply Red Ruby Crystal personal massagers for each of the 50 gift bags that will be given away at tonight’s teaser party hosted by the first annual Erotikos Film Festival, which is set to take place at the Hedonism Resort II in Negril, Jamaica, Sept. 15-22.
Evolved also will donate a large gift basket of erotic goodies to be raffled off.
Dr. Ava Cadell, Evolved’s resident sexpert and founder of Loveology University, has been tapped to judge the festival films in competition, and will also be conducting a seminar on erotic toy play at the event in Jamaica.
“It’s so important to celebrate human sexuality, and the cinema does a wonderful job of capturing our senses,” says Dr. Ava. “Nancy has pulled together an excellent slate of films that really stimulate emotionally and physically. It’s going to be an incredible, unique event.”
The Erotikos Film Festival is the brainchild of Nancy Sutton-Pierce and will feature films from more than 12 countries including feature films, shorts and music videos that are titillating and artful, celebrating human sensuality and sexuality. The festival’s grand finale will present the much-anticipated final film from Zalman King (“9 ½ Weeks,” “Wild Orchid”) entitled “Pleasure or Pain.”

Tonight’s event will give guests a sneak peek at the festival experience.
During the “Goddess Hour” between 9 p.m.-10:30 p.m., complimentary champagne and chocolate will be served, then guests will be treated to previews of the official festival selections at the “Erotikos Teaser” from 10:30 p.m.-2 a.m., featuring an open Pura Vida Tequila bar.
