VAN NUYS, Calif. — Britney Amber is set to star in DreamZone Entertainment's "Barb Wire XXX," a Van Anderson-directed porn parody of the Dark Horse Comic about a female bounty hunter making ends meet in a dystopian future.
"Of all the superheroes, Barb Wire is the best one and I’m having so much fun playing her,” Amber said. “She’s so sexy and has the best outfits.... Everyone is going to be blown away by this movie.”
Set in the aftermath of civil war, the "Barb Wire" comic follows the adventures of Barbara Kopetski, an adrenaline junkie working part-time as a mercenary to keep her Hammerhead bar open for business in the war-torn and poverty-stricken city of Steel Harbor.
"Barb Wire XXX" will include "a ton of action and fight scenes" and feature Amber in a variety of leather outfits and sexy thigh-high boots inspired by the action heroine's wardrobe. Amber will also perform in sex scenes with costars Billy Glide and Earl Slate, respectively.
Additional cast includes Jayden Jaymes, Holly Michaels, Raylene, Gigi Loren, Derrick Pierce, Evan Stone and Ralp Long, who directs the picture under the name Van Anderson.
Playboy model and "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson toplined Gramercy Pictures' adaptation of the comic in 1996. The film was panned by critics and moviegoers alike. The Barb Wire character has not been revisited until now.
