LOS ANGELES — Burning Angel this week releases “Baristas,” a new adult comedy that follows the lives and sexual encounters of several inked-up coffee servers.
As the DVD unfolds, Angel and her sultry staff (Jessie Lee, Kleio, Veruca James and Krysta Kaos) need to figure out how to lure more customers into their independent coffeehouse (lovingly dubbed the “Burning Angel Coffee Hole”) before developers turn it into a parking lot.
It seems that their expensive drip-brewed coffees and passion teas are no longer profitable in today's troubled economy.
But when the girls bring in a reality TV show for some much-needed publicity, everything changes.
The title features an interracial three-way featuring Dana DeArmond and a back-alley encounter with Mr. Pete.
“I combined two of my loves to make this film: Sex and coffee,” Angel said. “And I got Jessie, Kleio, Veruca, Krysta and Dana in on the fun too, which made the blend just right!”
