LOS ANGELES — Remy LaCroix announced on her blog Thursday that she is "gracefully backing out of porn" and will move back home to San Francisco after wrapping up professional obligations in July.

"There’s a multitude of reasons to give now, but the bottom line is that it just doesn’t feel right anymore … physically, mentally, or emotionally," she posted. "I am beyond lucky to have had the opportunity to express and thoroughly embrace my sexuality through my scenes and "Remy" flick. 

"I’m thankful for all the self-awareness and confidence this experience has forced upon me. Spending this time in my life being hot and spontaneous is something I will never regret. The support I received in my adventure was unbelievable, and I thank you all so very much."

LaCroix broke into porn in December and quickly garnered a loyal and growing fan base with her Cali-girl charm, good looks and hardcore performances. She has starred in just a few more than 10 titles, including Evil Angel's "Anal Bombshells," Smash Pictures' "Prince the Penetrator" and Elegant Angel's "Remy," a showcase dedicated to the young starlet.
