HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Metro Talent has named Cassandra Nix as its Featured Model of the Month.
Each month a new starlet from Metro's roster of talent will be highlighted in a series of interviews and media appearances. The Featured Model of the Month program is latest addition to the "We Are Metro" campaign designed to raise the company's profile.
Nix left her native Ohio for California just after her 18th birthday to pursue a career in front of the camera. From the moment she got in front of the camera for her first solo shoot, she was hooked.
"What I love most about the industry, is that I can do whatever I want," she said. "I can make it whatever I want. There is so much room to work within the creative process."
She teamed with Metro Talent and things have taken off ever since. Metro owner Roxy recognized the potential in the new starlet from the start.
"There are girls who come into our industry every day," Roxy said. "So many of them are pretty and can go places. It takes someone special to take it to the next level. We could see that in Cassandra and are so proud to see how she has blossomed."
In addition to performing, Cassandra is interested in making movies of all genres. She is anxious to continue performing, but already has her eyes on a career behind the camera.
"I love making movies especially horror and gore and counterculture," she said. "I really love cinematography so eventually I'd like to have a production company in the future."
