LAS VEGAS — With BBWFanFest 2012 approaching, the first official adult convention for plus-sized performers in the U.S. has announced an updated schedule and a kick-off party.
BBWFanFest is a weekend-long celebration of plus-size adult industry performers, also known as BBW performers. Fans of the niche will be able to meet performers and models, get autographs, take photos, buy videos, and get to know many of the stars they had previously only been able to see online or on DVDs.
The show will consist of a tradeshow, an awards banquet, seminars, workshops and parties. The most notable change to the BBWFanFest schedule is the addition of the Official Welcome and Kickoff Party, hosted by Plush Nightclub, where fans and models alike will be able to enjoy drink specials from 9 p.m. until 3 a.m.
BBWFanFest marketing director Kari Anthony said, "Plush Nightclub is the premier destination for the plus-sized community in Las Vegas. We’re excited that they have opened their doors so that we can start the FanFest celebration with a bang.”
The convention continues throughout the weekend, with seminars each afternoon, a tradeshow floor consisting of models, vendors and workshops, and parties each evening.
