MONTREAL — Mile High Media has released a trailer for Sweet Sinner's new erotic drama "Naughty Neighbors 3." The James Avalon-directed feature stars Jessie Andrews, Lily Carter, Richie Deville and Dale DaBone.
Set to street on June 27, "Naughty Neighbors" follows happily married couple Jessica and Dick (Andrews, DaBone) who are made less happy when new neighborhood arrivals Rachel and Frank (Carter, Deville) move into the house next door. Things only complicate further when Jessica discovers that her husband has a history with Rachel.
“I love using the suburbs as a backdrop for my movies,” James Avalon said. “While we’re sheltered from physical dangers, the isolation causes many to create their own psychological dangers instead. ‘Naughty Neighbors’ shows what happens when a little reckless excitement moves in across the street — the facade begins to crumble.”
