Tera Patrick and Evan Seinfeld Host VH1 Metal Countdown

STUDIO CITY, Calif. — VH1 can’t seem to get enough of Tera Patrick. Teravision President and Vivid contract girl Tera Patrick along with husband Evan Seinfeld are hosting a new VH1 show “The 40 Greatest Metal Songs Countdown” running all week at 11pm. The four-part show celebrates the best heavy metal songs of the past four decades.

Digital Playgound contract star Jesse Jane also is featured in the heavy metal countdown show. She discusses her personal favorite selections and talks about the songs that made the countdown’s cut.

“I came up with all these cool things about each of the songs and videos,” Jane said. “I was my typical dorky self. Watch VH1 this week and let me know what you think.”

Additionally on May 21, Seinfeld, the Biohazard frontman, will star in VH1’s new celeb-reality show “Supergroup” that also features Ted Nugent, Jason Bonham, Scott Ian and Sebastian Bach. The eight-week show will chronicle the group as they live together and record original material. Patrick is prominently featured in the show.

“Biohazard has a long relationship with VH1,” Seinfeld told XBIZ. “They have embraced Tera not only as my wife, but as a mainstream celebrity.”

Seinfeld also is in discussions with VH1 about a spinoff show that will delve into the everyday personal lives of the porn power couple.

“In keeping with the reactive nature of American corporate media to anything adult, it’s a testament to Tera’s star power with how much she’s featured on a Viacom owned network,” Seinfeld said.

The couple continues to maintain a large mainstream media following. Patrick is featured on the cover of this month’s British FHM and gives sex advice in Genesis Magazine. Seinfeld writes a monthly column for Stuff Magazine.
