VENICE, Calif. — Sienna Sinclaire is reporting that Masturbating March is surpassing donation goals.
Sinclaire said everyone who participates benefits. Her favorite charity gets a substantial donation and fans can go away with prizes.
During her appearance last week on Spice Radio’s You Porn show, she gave away three prizes courtesy of Screaming O, two of them going to listeners who offered their best orgasms over the air.

Screaming O is giving out weekly prizes for the best sex stories with Sinclaire judging the entries personally. Donations so far this month are past the halfway point of her $1,000 goal.
Masturbating March is Sienna’s effort to raise money for Not For Sale, a charity that helps fight human trafficking.
