'Adults Only' Web Series Premieres Wednesday on YouTube

MANSFIELD, Mass. — “Adults Only,” a new web series about clerks working at an adult video and novelty store, is set to premiere Wednesday at 8 p.m. on YouTube.

The eight-episode series is written, directed and produced by comic book writer Jason M. Burns (“The Expendable One”).

Shot over a period of six days in Mansfield and North Attleboro, “Adults Only” stars Todd Poudrier as Chance Rioux, a former Olympic gold medalist who takes a job managing his brother-in-law’s adult brick-and-mortar store to make ends meet.

Costars include Brian Austin Green (“Beverly Hills, 90210”), Brianna Brown (“General Hospital”), Danny Nucci (“The Rock”), Adrienne LaValley (“Alien Opponent”), former Skid Row front-man Sebastian Bach and Vincent Pastore (“The Sopranos”) as Rioux’s brother-in-law.

Burns describes the content on “Adults Only” as being PG-13 and, with each episode clocking in at just less than 10 minutes, easily digestible for web audiences.

He tells the Milford Daily News, “We want to tap into an audience (like those) on break at work who wants to watch something that feels like a TV show.”
