Seven Til Midnight Preps for Bridal Season

LOS ANGELES — Seven ‘til Midnight is gearing up for spring’s bridal season with a robust collection of gifts, lingerie and accessories for the bride to be.

“Bridal has always been a staple for Seven ‘til Midnight but it’s gotten bigger as wedding have gotten bigger and more extravagant,” Seven ‘til Midnight’s Colleen Jordan told XBIZ.

As part of the company’s 2011 catalog, Seven ‘til Midnight released the For Your Eyes Only Bridal range of sexy lace garters, buttery soft satin pajamas and luscious robes. With Seven ‘til Midnight’s current catalog, the company continues to grow its range of bridal-inspired lingerie and accessories.

Seven ‘til Midnight’s latest additions to its bridal collection include the I Do Babydoll and thong set, which is also available in plus-size, as well as gift sets such as “Property of the Groom” panty sets in one-size-fits-all for bridal shower and bachelorette party gift-giving.

According to Jordan, the traditional nature of weddings calls for classic styles but that doesn’t limit the opportunity to innovate designs.

“Everything that we sell we put our own flair to,” Jordan said. “Just because it’s classic doesn’t have to make it boring. We combine different fabrics or add detail like different styles of lace, ruffles and frills — all of this goes a long way.”

According to Jordan, current bridal bestsellers include the I Do Babydoll and thong set, and the Sophia Chemise and Thong set. Both styles exemplify Seven ‘til Midnight’s use of different fabrics and design details that go beyond standard white satin lingerie.

Other staple items for brides and bridesmaids include shapewear, chemises and robes, which Seven ‘til Midnight covers with its Flawless collection that offers different color options including black, green red and white.

“If she doesn’t want to wear white or is looking for something to wear beyond her wedding night — or for her bridesmaids — the Flawless collection translates beyond bridal,” Jordan said.
