Web Tormenta Acquires Some WTS Assets

AUSTIN, Texas — Web Tormenta has acquired certain service agreements, trademarks and logos from Web Transaction Services Inc., according to WTS President Vinny Lipari.

Lipari told XBIZ that several of the previous executives and founders of WTS hold positions at Web Tormenta and that both of the companies continue to provide services to merchant clients.  

"The WTS product and service offerings remain the same, and we have made significant improvements to our processing system," Lipari said. "WTS anticipates one of our strongest years in 2012."

Since 1997, WTS has been a provider of ACH eTicket and payment processing services.
