Next Door Donates to Until There's A Cure Foundation

MONTREAL —  Next Door Entertainment announced today that as a result of its fundraiser that took place on World AIDS Day, the company has made a donation of $3,000 to the Until There's A Cure foundation.

"We are so pleased to see the success of our fundraisers," said Stephan Sirard, president of Next Door Entertainment. "We would not have been able to raise this amount without the help of our fans, site members, and dedicated employees. From donating a percentage of our website sales, to our employees baking banana bread and selling wrist bands, every level of our organization has participated in the raising of funds to support the work of Until There's A Cure."

In addition to donating a percentage of website sales, Next Door Entertainment produced a special AIDS Awareness public service campaign video. The video featured exclusive Next Door models and is available on NextDoorStudios.com and through the Next Door Buddy Profits affiliate program.

The company also created a "Donate Now" link which was added to all of its websites allowing surfers to make direct donations to the "Until There's A Cure" foundation.

In November, prior to World AIDS Day, Next Door Entertainment held two events in Toronto to benefit Until's There's A Cure, an event at Woody's Bar and another at Fly Nightclub.

During both events, they distributed UTAC wrist bands, auctioned off items and offered patrons the opportunity to have their photo taken with Hot House models in exchange for donations.

"We have reached more than 5,000 with our AIDS awareness video alone and we will continue to do what we can to help spread awareness and encourage people to know their status by getting tested," Sirard said. "We are looking forward to hosting future fundraising events and we will continue to make donations to Until There's A Cure."
