The deal with CED covers cable, satellite, video-on-demand, hotel, Internet, IPTV and mobile markets both in the U.S. and overseas. Addicted Entertainment will distribute Sinsation DVDs domestically under a separate deal announced this month.
“Going with CED and having them handle our cable and satellite deals was an easy decision for me to make,” Sinsation Pictures CEO Paul Marco said. “With all of their connections and relationships already in place, how could I go wrong?”
Launched this year, Sinsation is off to a fast start in marketing and branding its name and titles to consumers, media and distributors.
Sinsation landed the DVD distribution deal with Addicted on the strength of its premiere title “Teenage Sinsations,” and CED’s Alex Hill told XBiz that the title played a similar role in CED’s decision to sign the upstart production company.
“We were very impressed with the content,” Hill said. “It’s a quality product filmed in HD, and it’s very edgy but still classy. We think people are going to enjoy it.”
To help promote the brand directly to consumers, Sinsation brought “Teenage Sinsations” box cover babes Taylor Hilton and Nicki Hunter to appearance at Adultcon.
CED President Marc Bruder said CED’s mission is to widen and enhance the Sinsation Pictures brand everywhere, adding “Sinsation Pictures is a breath of fresh air, this is truly high quality adult entertainment.”
