LOS ANGELES — Transsexual model/producer/publicist Wendy Williams, who won the 2010 XBIZ TS Performer of the Year award, has received six nominations this year.
The nominations are for "Best Transsexual Site," "Transsexual Performer of the Year," "Best Director," "Best TS Production Company" and her toy line with Doc Johnson that was released in March grabbed nominations for Adult Branded Pleasure Product of the Year for her Wendy Williams Collection and Alternative Pleasure Product of the Year for her Salad Tossing Sprays.
"Since I have won XBIZ Performer of the Year already it would be nice to win something for all the hard work I have put into my toy line and or my website," Williams said. "In 2009 my website won Best Solo TG Site at the Tranny Awards so I know I have amazing exclusive content of both myself and my fellow Ts entertainers.
Williams has been on the cover of numerous DVD's and was heard on both Spice and Playboy Radio.
Williams also produces content for her production company, Hot Wendy Productions, and all of the original content for her official website WendyWilliamsXXX.
She also recently launched the first all TS publicity site HotWendyPR.com, where she handles many familiar names like Jesse, Amy Daly and Mandy Mitchell.
The 2012 XBIZ Awards show, presented by MyFreeCams.com, is scheduled to take place Jan. 10.
