Evil Angel to Release Bobbi Starr's Solo Title 'One'

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Bobbi Starr has been turning heads with recent filmmaking efforts released by Evil Angel.

Her newest project is “One,” an artistic collection of strictly solo scenes coming on Wednesday from E.A.’s Buttman Magazine Choice line of fetish-flavored niche DVDs and VODs.

"‘One’ is many things," explained the Starr of the show. "It’s a song by U2. It’s a song by Metallica. It’s a song by Three Dog Night. But in my case, ‘One’ is a solo masturbation movie featuring Kara Price, Tori Lux, Julie Night, Asa Akira and, of course, myself.”

“When you are alone all you have is your imagination,” says the DVD box cover of “One.”

Sure enough, when Starr and her starlets are left to their own private devices, their imaginative self-gratification takes on powerful and exotic forms.

“There’s anal play, lots of self-gagging, gagging with big toys — none of which, I’m sure, are topics covered in any sort of detail in those songs,” remarked the musically inclined Starr, who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Oboe Performance while perfecting her solo techniques.

“The whole movie is very intense,” Starr continued. “It’s not that sort of pretty, milquetoast sort of masturbation movie that you see so often. There are fetish themes, which my fans will identify as something I return to often, as well as lots of latex. This is a movie about women literally taking control of their own orgasms.”

That empowerment enthuses Buttman Magazine Choice Brand Manager L. Baren.

“This title represents the first BMC product by a woman director,” Baren noted. “I’m very excited that it is a solo girl masturbation movie as shot from a female’s perspective. I’m positive it will be received well by distributors and fans alike.”

“One” may be “the loneliest number,” but Starr’s camera delivers the excitement of spying private moments and shows how fulfilling the solitary experience can be. Ultimately, a DVD like “One” makes for pretty good company on a horny night.
