SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Penthouse launched the Penthouse Channel in Latin America, which will include branded VOD and PPV services.
The launch of the Penthouse channel is in conjunction with Claxson, the Latin American producer and distributor of adult-oriented entertainment programming.
The new Penthouse offering will initially be available on 14 platforms in eight countries, with several other platforms and territories scheduled to follow in the upcoming months.
“With its widespread launch into the Latin American market, Penthouse continues to firmly establish itself and its worldwide presence in the broadcast and home entertainment arena,” the company said.
Penthouse HD and 3D deployments are also planned to launch in the territory within the year.
Penthouse and Claxson began their co-branding and licensing arrangement in September.
