Seven ‘til Midnight Serves Up DIY, Convertible Halloween Styles
EL MONTE, Calif. — Seven ‘til Midnight’s Costume or Play...wear either way! Collection and Midnight DIY Kits are among the brand’s range of customizable costumes.
According to Seven ‘til Midnight’s Colleen Jordan, these styles are among the company’s top sellers of the year.
“The most popular style is the Maiden Voyage, a pirate princess that accentuates her curves with a underwire cup bodysuit,” Jordan told XBIZ. “We also introduced more budget-friendly options with our Midnight DIY Kits. With our kits it is easy to take wardrobe staples and combine them with our kits of a headpiece, tutu, and wings to create instant costume chicness.”
The Costume or Play … wear either way! line, which are a combination of a bodysuit with a skirt that can be worn two ways, represents a popular trend among lingerie designers: customization.
“For those who dare to bare their assets can suit up with our bodysuit look, or wear it with a skirt for a chic dressed up style,” Jordan said. “The line was designed with pin up details and inspired by trendy and over-the-top style. The styles popular in this collection include the Maiden Voyage, Miss Bunny Boom, Major Trouble and the Queen Bee.”
While catering to the 18-45 female demographic, Seven ‘til Midnight recently unveiled a range of plus-size costumes called Baby Got Curves.
“Baby Got Curves had some great additions for the 2011 Halloween season,” Jordan said. “Side Kick, a nod to super heroes, and Red Hoodie Cutie, are two styles that have been added this season that are having fantastic results. Our plus size line is cut specifically to fit and flatter luscious curves.”
Seven ‘til Midnight offers a stand-alone catalog for costumes, featuring more than 100 styles.
