LOS ANGELES — Director Paul Thomas has announced the full cast of his upcoming parody of the 1967 movie "The Graduate."
Thomas gave the classic film a makeover and added hardcore sex, producing it through the Paul Thomas Presents banner for release by Howard Levine's Exile Distribution.
India Summer plays Mrs. Robinson, Anthony Rosano is Ben, and Raven Alexis takes the role of Elaine, while supporting cast members include Dale DaBone, Veronica Avluv, Kagney Linn Karter, Lexi Belle, Marie McCray, James Bartholet, Herschel Savage, Rod Fontana and Ron Jeremy.
“The cast of ‘The Graduate XXX’ is perfect,” said Thomas, who wrapped in July. “Anthony Rosano and India Summer each found the extra bit of humor and satirical angle when playing the iconic characters. I instructed them to make the parts their own and give them a farcical reinterpretation. I respect and love the original movie, but also feel it is ripe to poke fun of, while injecting the right amount of sex and comedy to keep the parody flowing.”
Just like the original, “The Graduate XXX” follows the life of Ben after he graduates college. Ben falls in love with Elaine Robinson, but in the process gets mixed up in an affair with his parents’ friend and Elaine’s mother, Mrs. Robinson.
Paul Thomas Presents’ first releases were the XBIZ Award-nominated movies “The Twilight Zone Porn Parody” and “Pervert." Thomas is one of the most awarded directors in XXX history.
"The Graduate XXX" is set for a Fall release.
