CHANDLER, Ariz. — Police have arrested the operator of GonzoModeling.com and PhotosByGonzo.com, who has been charged with multiple child pornography-related offenses.
Chandler police say Antonio Adrian "Gonzo" Gonzalez, 28, operated the sites and photographed himself in sex acts with underage girls.
Detectives executed a search warrant at his house, where he operates his business.
Police said that they had received a number of complaints about Gonzalez's business, accusing him of using social network services and email to contact underage girls for his websites and sexual purposes.
According to Chandler police, detectives in Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe have received numerous complaints about Gonzalez trying to lure underage girls to appear on an adult website using social network services and email to contact them.
Gonzalez admitted to police that he knew the ages of the 16- and 17-year-old victims before he made deals.
Gonzalez was arrested on suspicion of sexual exploitation involving minors, furnishing obscene material to minors, sexual misconduct with minors and sexual abuse.
Gonzalez is awaiting trial for a previous charge in which he was accused of distributing alcohol to minors.
