Ryan Keely Named Penthouse Pet of the Year Runner-Up

NEW YORK — Penthouse Pet Ryan Keely has won the title of 2011 Penthouse Pet of the Year Runner-Up. Penthouse is celebrating the occasion with a gorgeous, all-new pictorial of Keely in the March 2011 issue, available on newsstands everywhere Feb. 15.

The New York City resident had been in the running for 2010 Pet of the Year after debuting as the centerfold in the October 2009 issue of Penthouse, but when the March 2010 issue introduced last year’s Runner-Up to Pet of the Year Taylor Vixen, Veronica Ricci, to the readers, Keely’s fans began a grassroots campaign pleading Penthouse to take another look at the tall, dark-haired beauty with the sexy eyes and mischievous smile. Since Penthouse Magazine is known for giving their loyal readers what they want, that’s just what they did.

The Seattle native Keely enjoyed a big year in 2010, starring in a sexy viral video promoting the iPad and co-starring with director M. Night Shyamalan in his film short "Escalation" for starters. She also conducted her own pick-up-artist seminar, Porn Star Sex Life; and began to pen a sex and dating column, The Dirty Details, for Penthouse Magazine’s sister publication, Penthouse Forum.

Keely also pursued one of her passions and became Penthouse Magazine’s Official Beer Sommelier after being awarded the title of Certified Beer Server by the Cicerone beer sommelier certification program, making her a candidate to become one of the country’s few Certified Cicerones.

When awarded her diamond-encrusted Penthouse Pet of the Year Runner-Up Key necklace, the 26-year-old had tears of joy in her eyes and said, “No one has ever given me diamonds before. I’m never, ever going to take this off, and this year is going to the best ever! I want to keep working hard and representing Penthouse Magazine while having an absolute blast. Being loved this much by the Penthouse readers is all kinds of awesome!”
