The cast includes James Bartholet, Chad Diamond, Chanel Preston, Briana Blair, Jeremy Conway, Krissy Lynn, Eric Swiss, Herschel Savage, Bailey Brooks, Alec Knight, Miko Sinz and Alexa Jaymes.

The movie is described as a takeoff on the original show, where the performers engage in various sexual scenarios.
